Shipping policy

We know that when you decide to change your life, you don't want to wait. We aim to get your tools into your hands as quickly and reliably as possible.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive a notification as soon as your "mission" has shipped.  

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer flat-rate shipping across the UK to keep things simple:

Standard Shipping (2-4 business days): £3.95 (Free on orders over £50)

Express Shipping (1-2 business days): £6.50

3. Domestic & International Shipping

UK Orders: Shipped via tracked courier (Royal Mail or DPD).

International Shipping: We currently ship to Europe, North America, and Australia. Shipping costs and delivery times (usually 7-14 days) will be calculated at checkout. Please note: Customers are responsible for any local import duties or taxes.  

4. How to Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor its progress. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.  

5. Missing or Damaged Items

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, or if your items arrive damaged, please contact us at support@stepout-shop.com with your order number. We’ll investigate immediately to get you back on track.

To make your store look even more professional:

Add a "Free Shipping" Bar: Use a Shopify app or theme setting to show a banner at the top of the site saying: "Free UK Shipping on all orders over £50." This is a proven way to increase sales.

Product Page Snippet: Instead of making customers click away to read the full policy, add a small "Shipping Info" tab or icon directly on your product pages that says: "Fast 48-hour dispatch."
